1. Limited License. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, without representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, a limited license (which is granted on a non-exclusive basis) to use the 9/11 Commemorative Toolkit for Licensee’s commemoration of the Anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks on Sept. 11, 2026, only. Licensee shall not make any other use of the Licensed Material. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that, subject to the license granted hereunder, Licensor retains all right, title and interest in and to the Licensed Material, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Licensor.

2. Permitted Media. Slideshow, video display, posters, or virtual commemorations on social media and platforms such as, but not limited to, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Online usage of Licensed Materials may be shown in the context of Licensee’s commemoration for both live and virtual events and may not be posted for uses beyond the commemoration of the Anniversary of 9/11.

3. Exclusions. Excludes the use on printed materials which are sold and/or otherwise distributed.

4. Credit. 5. Online usage must link to Licensor’s website (http://www.911memorial.org) and tag Licensor’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & Threads, @911Memorial; X, TikTok: @sept11memorial) Official hashtags are #911Memorial, #Honor911, #NeverForget

6. In addition Licensee grants permission to the Licensor for photographs and videos of Licensee’s commemoration posted on Licensee’s social media accounts, websites, and any materials which are shared with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum may be used for all lawful purposes including public relations, marketing, fundraising, publication, and exhibitions by the 9/11 Memorial & Museum.
