The Day of Your Visit

What You Need to Know

  • Group bookings will require a confirmed minimum of 20 participants.
  • Book your group visit before coming to ensure we can accommodate your entire party.
  • We advise all groups to arrive 15 minutes before their entry time. This will allow ample time for the check-in process. 
  • Visitors are welcome to explore the Museum at their own pace. An average visit takes about 90 minutes.

Location & Getting Here

The Memorial and the Museum are located at 180 Greenwich Street in lower Manhattan and are easily reachable by public transportation.
