Leading Through Crisis
Leading Through Crisis is a new leadership development program that equips teams with the tools, context, and strategies to navigate the essence of every crisis: urgency and uncertainty.
This program examines four key pillars of crisis leadership – emergency preparedness, effective communication, empathetic leadership, and empowering teams – through the lens of those who led teams during and after the 9/11 attacks, such as Michael R. Bloomberg, Frank Bisignano, Kenneth I. Chenault, Roger W. Ferguson, Jr., Robert Iger, Jeh Charles Johnson, Admiral William H. McRaven, USN (Ret.), and Caryn Seidman-Becker, among others. Programs typically run for a half or full day.
