British PM Cameron Tours 9/11 Memorial
British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife, Samantha, placed flowers at the 9/11 Memorial today during a visit to New York City.
They were joined by Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Memorial President Joe Daniels and Charles Wolf, whose Welsh-born wife Katherine, died in the World Trade Center attack.
