Interactive Highlights Museum Accomplishments Since Opening
A newly launched interactive graphic available on the 9/11 Memorial’s website explores the institution’s accomplishments since its May 2014 opening.
You can take a look at different sections of the museum before and after construction; photographs of visitors from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to FDNY probationary firefighters; a timeline of the different 9/11-related anniversaries honored in 2014; and statistics on museum visitors, as well as much more.
You can also read special messages from Mayor Michael Bloomberg, 9/11 Memorial Chairman, and Joe Daniels, President and CEO.
