Dr. Erroll G. Southers, Master of Ceremonies and
Bradley Burlingame (brother Captain "Chic" Burlingame) officiated the ceremony to add the FLIGHT CREW names to the ROS touring 9/11 tribute and ROS concert. Guest speakers included 29th District California, Congressman Adam B. Schiff. South Pasadena Fire Fighters IAFF Local #3657, President, Brett Hill, united his Community by organizing the WORLD MEMORIAL Release Of Souls event. We are still indebted to Mr. Hill for his kindness.
The Pasadena ROS concert was dedicated to Los Angeles County Captain Daniel Elkins (Died while working a house fire July13, 2004) and LA City Firefighter Jamie Foster who was LAFD's first female firefighter to die in the line of duty. She died on August 14, 2004.
