Description

The Statue of Liberty came as an evidence to symbolise the light in the darkness, even if she is covered by ashes made of candle wax. The yellow lines among the black charcoal symbolise the avenues of New York. In the foreground, the head of Liberty Statue is covered by smoke. James used materials liked to fire as charcoal and wax.
