Requests for Proposals

The National 9/11 Memorial & Museum (“9/11 Memorial”) is seeking a qualified tree maintenance company that can provide tree maintenance services for the 9/11 Memorial. A copy of the request for proposal may be obtained in person or electronically via email, following submission of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by an officer of the company. NDAs should be requested via email to Mr. Abilio Guimaraes at aguimaraes@911memorial.org. The 9/11 Memorial will review all submittals and invite select companies for interviews. Additional questions can be submitted to Mr. Abilio Guimaraes at aguimaraes@911memorial.org no later than Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Subject Line: Plaza Tree Maintenance RFP Questions. All proposals will be due on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, by 4 p.m. ET.
