Requests for Proposals

The National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center (the “9/11 Memorial & Museum”), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation incorporated in the State of New York, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for the assessment, design, implementation, migration, testing, documentation, and support of a modernized enterprise infrastructure solution addressing virtualization, enterprise file storage, data repositories, backup and recovery storage, and archival requirements.

The Request for Proposal will be provided following receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement from the respondent. NDAs may be requested via email at itrfp@911memorial.org. Following receipt of an NDA signed by an authorized officer of the company, the RFP may be obtained electronically via email or in person.

Please refer to the RFP for instructions regarding access to additional materials and submission of clarification questions. Clarification questions must be submitted to itrfp@911memorial.org no later than Monday, October 26, 2026, at 9 a.m. ET, using the following subject line: Your Company Name – Centralized Technology Infrastructure Modernization and Replacement.

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum will review all submissions and may invite selected respondents to participate in interviews. All proposals must be submitted no later than Monday, November 9, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET to itrfp@911memorial.org, using the following subject line: Your Company Name – Centralized Technology Infrastructure Modernization and Replacement.
