Patrick Briscoe, 13, started a penny-fundraising campaign so he could raise enough money to sponsor a cobblestone at the 9/11 Memorial. Some $1,000 in pennies later, he reached his goal. Briscoe's story was first reported in the Newtown Bee before it was picked up for The MEMO blog.  

Now the story of the seventh-grade student from Newtown, Conn., is the focus of a recent Fox News report as part of the broadcast series Rise of Freedom. Watch the above video and read more about Patrick's story on FoxNews.com.
