Salesforce Implementation, Request for Proposal

The National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center (9/11 Memorial), a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit corporation registered in the State of New York, seeks proposals for a Salesforce CRM Non-Profit Unlimited Addition and Marketing Cloud Corporate Edition implementation. A copy of the request for proposal may be obtained by submitting a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by an officer of the company. NDAs should be requested via email at itrfp@911memorial.org. The 9/11 Memorial will review all submittals and invite select companies for interviews. Additional questions can be submitted to itrfp@911memorial.org no later than Friday, August 4. All proposals will be due on Friday, August 18, 2023, by 5 p.m. EST.
