A plane was hijacked by a terrorist
And went down in Pennsylvania that day
Many innocent lives were lost
We wish it didn't have to be that way

When, by cell phone they heard terrorists hijacked
The plane that struck the Twin Towers
Knowing their plane was headed to Washington
They knew something had to be done and it was in their power

It's amazing how they managed
To even know what to do
When they heard the words, "Let's Roll"
They knew it was their queue

Knowing what they were about to do
Meant probably no one would live
They had to stop them anyway they could
Everyone on that plane had so much to give

Let it be known
A hero comes in every race and size
September 11th was proof of that
When the terror filled the skies
