The 10th Anniversary
Of September 11th, 2001
It was the most beautiful morning
Until the terror had begun

The worst day of our lives
We were the best we could be
We reached out a hand to a stranger
We couldn’t even see

Everyone was praying
Their own special prayer
It helped to give them courage
For what they had to bare

Thank you to our 1st responders, military
Our Government and all
For courageously responding
To our Country’s urgent call

We can all live together
Have our own religion
Love and be free
As September 11th was proof
Of that to me…
