This is the 130 Cedar Street building located between 90 West St. and the former Bankers Trust buildings south of the World Trade Center site. The building was severely damaged in the September 11, 2001 attacks when the south tower of the World Trade Center collapsed directly across the street. The picture was taken in March 2004.
