This is an areal view looking down on the proposed plaza. The Remembraces are arranged in a star shape pattern around the base of the Eagle. Twisted pieces of the buildings exterior rise up and fuse into the legs of the eagle. All materials would be recycled from the WTC site including glass for the Remembrances
