Williams students presented to Commissionber Kelly's office containing photos of those Police, Fire, and Transit Heroes lost on 9/11/2001

A second banner (photographed) was on display at the Charleston City Police and Charleston City Fire Departments so that the Charleston Police and Firefighters would begin the day honoring their fallen brethren..
