My brother and I became involved in the project because the events on that day will never leave our hearts. My brother lives in Acushnet,MA, I am a Firefighter in the next town over Fairhaven,MA and we both are sculptors and builders. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who survived and families of those who did not. Our hope is to erect a monument for future generations to see and appreciate how fragile our American way of life really is.
