Bobbi Mastrangelo & sculpture "Don't Go Soft on Terrorism"

This was an Art Happening just on the side of the road where the Highway Department dumped dirt.

Barbara and Bill Herman were the photographers. They also provided various objects to set up still life scenes with the sculpture. Bill dug holes in various locations to find the absolute best setting for my 2008 National Post Card Scene.

While we were moving the sculpture around and photographing it, the Highway Foreman pulled up in his big truck, got out and approached me. I thought for sure he would have me arrested, but when he heard about my project, he smiled and pretended that I wasn't even there.

Bill suggested that I pose with the sculpture and so I did.
Being a "Manhole Artist" is a dirty business!
