The Freedom Quilt Experience is a 10 panel quilt ensemble. Cynthia Martin, commissioned by The Peter A. Kudla Family Foundation in collaboration with RedLine and The Denver Foundation, is the conceptual designer and curator. The collaboration consists of several quilt guilds and individual quilters who panel by panel interpreted the concept. The result is a beautiful, cohesive and diverse work of art that could not have been achieved from one person's perspective, but demonstrates the power of working together and embracing one another creatively.
