The south tower was hit by the second plane. The young woman stare with a frighten face to the horrorable scene. The older lady could not longer look at the desaster. She is lies in the arms of the younger lady which is holding her hands over her head and her shoulder. The people arround them looking with open mouthes and frightend faces up to the burning towers. Sheets of paper, which were blowing out of the buildings, are flying silent in the air. The crowd in the painting are in grey colours. The two women are central point in the crowd. The clothes of this woman are made of violett and pink textiles. They are like the colours of the church which is shelter for witness of the attacks.
