In 2001 I wrote and recorded this piece, 'New American" after watching in absolute shock and horror the tragic events unfold that day. 11 years I have not done much with this work. I have played "New American" many times out when I was performing, however a fight with Parkinson's has impeded my ability to play music, so I am thankful to share this way! I was moved to write this piece many years ago. I hope that upon hearing this song, it will have the same affect on you...
