There are 9 White panels in the South Tower and 11 White panels in the North Tower = 9/11. Black and White represents all Nationalities. The empty panels at the top are above the 92nd floor where there were no survivors. Eleven (11) crosses mysteriously appear throughout the Towers representing the passing of souls. In the centre of the Towers a large cross appears surrounded by 10 smaller crosses. The full height of the North Tower represents a man and the South Tower a woman. Looking at the top half of the North Tower only represents a boy and the South Tower a girl.
