When you are weary
When you are worn

When you think all is lost
When you feel it’s not worth the cost
When you sit in sorrow
When you think there’s no tomorrow
When all around is crumbling
When on the lip is the moment of fear
When life seems on the brink
Your angel is closer than you think.

Description
This poem written one year after the 9/11 debacle evokes the pain and sorrow I suffered even one year later. It was absolutely cathartic writing this work which i want to share with all those who felt the same way i did. My angel came close to me and eventually bestowed on me the peace i needed.
