An original oil painting on jigsaw-cut wood pieces arranged on a wood background, glued, nailed and painted with layers of oil paint. The images are derived from my own photos taken the day after 9/11 on various streets near the site. This was from a picture of an abandoned coffee cart filled with ashes and a guy nearby picking up refuse.
