I visited the Pools of 9/11,And watched in awe,I read the names, saw the flowers, watched a rainbow in the corner.I watched the mist dance upwards like a spirit, watched the leaves floating in the water, moving slowly towards the center, and there on the edge of the well they waited, reluctant, hesitant, deciding whether, to make that leap of faith, and then one by one they, gently floated away, swirling peacefully and gracefully, they glided out of view,Gone but never forgotten.
