9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk

Each April, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum 5K Run/Walk, presented by RXR, gathers thousands of runners and walkers in an act of community, remembrance, and inspiration. Participants follow a similar path that rescue and recovery workers took down West Street on their way to Ground Zero on 9/11 and in the days and weeks that followed. This race honors those killed on 9/11 and those who bravely stepped in to help when our city and country needed them most.

All funds raised by this event ensure that the 9/11 Memorial Plaza remains free for all who wish to visit and ensure that our mission of commemoration, education, and inspiration reaches a new generation.

The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is a 501(c)(3) charity organization.
