Auditorium

Atrium Terrace
Capacity: 165 standing/135 seated
The Atrium Terrace is an excellent space for receptions with buffets or passed hors d'oeuvres. The Atrium Terrace has capacity for 165 people for a standing reception or 135 people seated. The Atrium Terrace can also accommodate smaller, more intimate speaking programs, luncheons, and dinners. Book this space →
The Concourse Lobby
Capacity: 400 standing/300 seated
The Concourse Lobby is a fitting location for a reception or seated event for larger groups. The Concourse Lobby is an open lobby space with visible Museum features and has a capacity of 400 people standing, 300 people seated. Book this space →
Education Center
Capacity: 20-70 seated
Our Education Center is comprised of three classrooms, Classrooms A, B, and C, and a boardroom, Classroom D. Classrooms A, B, and C have a capacity of 35 people each; and Classrooms A and B can be combined for larger groups of up to 70 people. Classroom D, featuring a boardroom setting, has a capacity of 20 people and is well suited for board meetings, leadership convenings, and small-group executive trainings. Book this space →
Event Enhancements
Tours
Private tours of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, led by expert staff, are available for an additional charge. Tour times range from 30 to 75 minutes.
Custom Programming
Partner with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum professional staff to create a custom program anchored in a client's 9/11 connection. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum can also connect clients with first-hand 9/11 voices, including first responders, survivors, and family members.
Audiovisual
Our in-house audio-visual team will help to provide many of the technological elements needed for your event. Should you need to bring in an outside vendor, the Events Team can connect you with our preferred vendors who are familiar with the Museum spaces and technical requirements.
