Here you have a closer look at the stars. I used a router to chip away the blue glaze within the tile perimeter. Notice the tile ceramic is white in color. This white ceramic automatically gave me the white stars. The one star you can see how I peeled away some of the masking tape, notice how that one star shares three tiles and the edge of the fourth tile.
