Let’s pray for the soldiers,
Who’ve gone away to war,
Who remember 9/11,
And what we’re fighting for.

Let’s pray for the families,
Worried as can be.
Sons and daughters on the front line,
‘cause freedom don’t come free.

Let’s pray for the children,
Who’ve lost their moms and dads.
Pray that they be happy,
Instead of staying sad.

Let’s pray for the people
Who die every day.
Killed by those misguided souls
Whose morals have gone astray.

Let’s pray for the doctors,
Who heal our wounded men,
Saving lives that are jeopardized
So they see home again.

Let’s pray for our leaders
Who keep our country strong.
Even though some others think
That what they do is wrong.

Let’s pray for each other,
Pray that our prayers come true,
Let’s pray for God to bless us all
And that our soldiers will come through.
