Enduring Afghanistan pays homage to the American soldiers killed in the ongoing war in Afghanistan. The pixellated map is comprised of blank dog tags - one for each soldier killed (1756 as of 09/05/11). A ledger (not pictured), presented on a Quaran stand, contains the inscribed name of each fallen soldier.
