    "If we put a face to a situation, it becomes personal."

    It is very easy for people to distance themselves from a situation that doesn't affect them. I find this very true whenever there is something happening, especially, in public places. People would just take a quick look at what's going on and not do anything about it.

    While I enjoy shooting a variety of scenes and themes, photographing individuals has always been my favorite. It reinforces my belief in humanity - that all of us are unique, yet the same in many ways.

    Works juried for exhibition at the FLASH Gallery in Lakewood, CO, through Working With Artists.

    Selected as an exhibitor by The Center for Fine Art Photography for the 2007 Denver International Airport Invitational Exhibition.
