    Statement of Work

After the "2000 roses" painted for the millennium, Dorothée decided to work on a monumental painting to commemorate the 9/11 event. Specialized in the creation of sculpted roses in oil painting, her symbolic project consists in a painting with as many roses as there were victims.

The project consists in a master piece canvas :
    *of 154cm * 250cm
    *which includes 2974 sculpted roses
    *made with oil painting
    *and 23c gold leaves

It was started last year on 9/11/2009 at 8:46 am and the last rose was sculpted on 9/11/2010 at 8:46 am.
