    Statement of Work

The horrific images of the World Trade Center and the Pentegon from the September 11th terrorist attack on America are burned into our memory. Nevertheless, as our nation is bombarded with media images of the war against terrorism, we must continue to remind ourselves of what initiated our powerful response. I created a 9/11 mark that is composed of three basic elements: two geometric verticles, a pentegon and a set of four passenger jets.
The rectilinear shapes clearly represent the buildings, which were attacked; the four planes represent the hijacked planes. These national symbols prick our emotions to remind all Americans that we are united in the 9/11 loss regardless of ethnic background or geographic location.
