I am a New Yorker, an Artist, a Graphic Designer & Angel Creator.

All of my hand-crafted Angel Necklaces were inspired by a 911 Hero Paramedic. In 2011 my dear friend was diagnosed with cancer after working at ground zero in the days and weeks after September 11th. I struggled at first to come up with an original idea of how I could be supportive and help her in some way to win her battle. I then remembered how she loved collecting nuts and bolts as a child and carried them around in her pockets wherever she went. She also always told me how she felt protected by an angel in a few instances in her life when she was near death. It was at that point when it all came together. I designed the first Angel Necklace with my dad's old wingnuts and other miscellaneous rusty nuts. I thought that making these Angel Necklaces would not only be a way of honoring her service as a NYC Paramedic but they could possibly raise some money to help ease her financial burden while trying to beat this cancer. It warms my heart to say that we had a very successful fundraiser and she is now cancer free. In doing this we received such wonderful feedback on the unique design and we were told several stories of how these Angels had helped so many other people in the process. This year I officially started my company Rock & Metal Treasures.

I design my own angel packaging, do my own angel photography, design and make every angel charm all with a deep passion for creating art with meaning.

My dream is to have my Angels take flight all over the country, inspiring people and giving them hope & strength in times of adversity.

The most important thing for me is to keep the events of 911 in our thoughts. We should never forget the heroic efforts of the first responders and the memory of all innocent lives lost. They will be in our hearts forever.
