We are four film students from Germany. Last year we made a stop-motion
film about the attacks of 9/11. The main story evolves around an accidential meeting between a businessman on his way to work and a kid the morning of the attacks.

The film focuses on human relationships and fate rather than specifically on the attacks.
Although the businessman is in a hurry, he decides to help the kid.
Despite his willingness to help, he is still a victim of the attacks.

The movie grew out of a project at the Stuttgart Media University.
From making the puppets and constructing the set to postproduction, it took us six months of hard work to create the shortfilm. Our aim was to tell the story of the tragic happenings for the
first time through the stop-motion technique. One challenge we had was to recreate the surroundings as detailed and realistic as possible.
