I have been to the 9/11 memorial twice. I can't find words to describe the feeling of being in that place. But on my second visit I was struck by the image of a flower above a victim's name. She stood tall towards the sky and stood out over the entire scene. She called me to take a picture of her, I couldn't leave the place without doing it. And I hope soon to share a painting with the same theme
