    Statement of Work

FDNY Ladder Company 113 is on fire. Firefighters using fire extinguishers are trying to put the fire out.  While looking through autos for survivors, I took some photos and videos of the scene after the collapse of One and Two World Trade Center. I also went down to the Remains to offer any help and to document the Clean-Up and Recovery effort. I was also down at the Re-Construction of the World Trade Center more than 300 times to document the Rebuilding of the World Trade Center complex.  Published in WNYF, Fire Engineering, Firehouse, Fire Command Magazines, And all Major NYC Newspapers. Including The N.Y. Times, N.Y. Daily News, NY Post, Associated Press, Newsday, and UPI,
