    Statement of Work

Christy makes figurative sculptures as well as abstract sculptures using innovative material-driven combinations. She lived in the East Village in NYC for four years. Three days before the 911 attack she went to London. Having married in May 2001 at City Hall, the financial aftermath then kept her and her husband apart for the next year as he was still in New York. Powerful imagery and personal impact came into her sculpture 'Remembrance 911'.
