I am an Atlanta artist and have a large body of work consisting of mainly expressionist and abstract expressionist paintings. I have submitted one piece that was a response to 911. I have described it in my entry. It is a flag that is a collage of 911 newspaper articles with paint over it. The paint is dripped to create bleeding stars and the word WHY is painted across the middle of the flag.
